Later this year, Castalia Bindery will be sending our unique special first bindery editions of THE ILIAD and THE ODYSSEY to the people who made the establishment of the bindery possible four years ago by buying them in order to fund the purchase of all the necessary machines. Here are some examples of the interior that will appear in what is going to be our most spectacular books yet, with classic chapter-heading artwork leading every single chapter.

For two weeks in July, we will permit interested book collectors to order books at the same price originally offered to the bindery backers. The Library editions will sell for $250 and the Libraria editions for $1000, and all will feature cover designs that makes their special backer’s edition status immediately apparent.
