"While some men can be persuaded by information and logical demonstration, most are more readily moved by what amounts to emotional manipulation. But there are some who can only be manipulated"
A very important point, as those who are most motivated by manipulation themselves will use it as their default tactic when dealing with others. I know of a few people like this, and when you don't respond well - or at all - to their attempts to manipulate, inevitably there will be conflict.
It's interesting. This book, while it wasn't covered well at all, was assigned in my college theatre course. The copy I have is still from that course. Some people get it, and still put it out there for the masses to see who will grasp the truths of beating the masses over the head with the emotional arguments, and who will be left naked in the propaganda warfare.
Combine the rhetoric/emotional with image, especially movies; start even with the young and you will have the young mesmerized for life: I just watched Arkhaven's featured animated cartoon Superman and the mechanical Monsters.

Thank you, Vox. I saved the essay to my computer in order to study it.
If any copies of Rhetoric are found lying around the warehouse, hit me up! That’s the one Castalia Aristotle I wasn’t able to get my hands on.
