21.8. Mosaics and Early Christian Art in Britain
First, congratulations to everyone who read through all 315 serials of the 1911 edition of THE CAMBRIDGE MEDIEVAL HISTORY, Vol. I: The Christian Empire. That is a landmark achievement for anyone, and ensures that your knowledge of the first five centuries Anno Domini is now considerably in advance of pretty much anyone you are likely to meet outside the history departments of Cambridge and Oxford Universities.
Now we have to decide which book to do next. As a general rule, we prefer to do books that have some relation to the books we have either produced already or may eventually produce for the Library. So, with that in mind, please feel free to express your opinion concerning the following options for the next serialization, which will be announced tomorrow and will begin on Monday.
